Who is this Workshop For?
This workshop is designed for rising seniors ready to embark upon the college application process in a small-group setting with the guidance of our college advisors. It is also for students who want to create a plan, apply early, and alleviate the stress before your senior year begins.

EARLY START
Getting started is the hardest part. Starting early allows you to get the majority of the application work completed before senior year begins.
PERSONAL ATTENTION
Sessions are limited to eight (8) students to individualized assistance.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge is POWER...Students will learn about the entire application process and know what they must accomplish in the coming months.

What Will You Walk Away With
In this multi-day workshop Melissa Mieyr, Owner of InfoQuest College & Financial Solutions will discuss what colleges are looking for when reviewing applications. In addition to personalized assistance, all students will receive the following:

Pre-Camp Checklist: Before the start of the Bootcamp, students will receive a detailed checklist of what to have on-hand in order to be prepared from Day One.

Overview of the Common App and Institutional Applications: This includes step-by-step instructions on how to complete applications before the conclusion of the Bootcamp.

Essay Writing Tips: Students will receive brainstorming, formatting, and editing ideas to help with their Personal Statements and Supplemental Essays. Students will get one edited essay ready for final polishing and submission.

College Ready Resume: Students will have a completed resume by the conclusion of the Bootcamp that can be used to send to colleges or give to teachers and counselors to help with the writing of recommendations.

College Planning Sheet: All students will leave with a comprehensive spreadsheet to keep applications, essays and supplemental questions organized
